Chalets en Stoak

“Clean and tidy, excellent location and beautiful views.”

“Lovely building but service is poor and the food/breakfast is terrible. Cleaning not great either. We stayed in a room with multiple power cable extension leads/plugs Daisy chained across the floor… no way this is legal in UK. ”

“Hotel was perfectly clean, room was nice and looked like it had been refurbished recently. We didn’t use any facilities or eat in the hotel. On arrival staff (male) just ignored us when we went to check in so we went to the female who was ok. Both lacked any service skills. Room does not have air conditioning so got rather warm with the window open in October.”

“Clean room, easy check in, nice pool ,sauna etc. Good location. Downsides- £7.50 parking overnight parking is too high- why do we have to pay as a guest when room rate is already quite high plus breakfast not included? Pool area by showers and changing room was dirty and full of hair etc. Starbucks breakfast teacake was stale. Easy check out. It's very busy and can get noisy.”

“Una hermosa experiencia el haber estado alojados en este Guest House. La atencion calida y personalizada nos hizo sentir verdaderamente a gusto. Altamente recomendable alojarse en esta region britanica!”

“Buffet breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and hot. Room was comfortable.”

“Just needs to be better signage directing people where to go to check in. Other than that it was a great experience.”

“Pasamos dos noches en esta propiedad, la pasamos muy bien. El hotel está muy cómodo y aunque no tiene elevador, tiene mucho personalidad y está muy limpio y amplio. Sin duda regresaremos. ”
