2 mins walk from KK13. Check in took 3 mins. We had two beds, enough room to open two large suitcases. Free shuttle in the morning starting at 0410 running 6 different times every hour to all terminals. 45 mins to Tokyo station. Not that far away from city center.

The hotel was practically empty, and yet they wouldn’t refund me even though I had two valid reasons for a refund. The management and the hotel staff in general is unhelpful. They took the money and ran, essentially.
Don’t stay here no matter what, they don’t deserve to be in business.
