松本旅行で連泊しました。 部屋の洗濯機は、液体洗剤やピンチハンガーも付いており、とても便利でした。 大浴場は天然温泉ではないものの、十分な広さがあり、おまけにサウナまで付いていて、リフレッシュ出来ました。 朝食はメニューが豊富で味も良く、満足です。 この他、毎日17時からのウェルカムドリンクや21:30からの茶漬けサービスなど、ホスピタリティは中々のレベルでした✨ これらに加えて、混雑予防のため、エレベーター以外に利用可能な階段やサウナ後に入れる水風呂があれば、申し分なしでした。

The hotel was equipped with a hot spring facility which was pleasant and relaxing. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is close to the train station and close to shopping and restaurants. Very pleasant stay.

Charming city

Very nice hotel with welcoming touch. Service at the desk was really nice, we enjoyed the complimentary drink. Huge breakfast selection. Well situated to walk around the city. Matsumoto is a charming city with great vibe. Should have stayed one more day.
