Clean modern hotel with its own personal bath in the room. Sadly the customers do not wear clothes and are naked in the communal bath and not modest . The bath in the room provides a very good alternative. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it seemed pretty lavish. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

至って普通という感想。荷物運びは自分で行わないといけないし、受付並ぶ際の案内も少なめ。チェックイン時の説明も簡易的で、こっちに分からないこと聞いてくるタイプのやり方でした。ビジネスホテルなどの感じと同じような印象です。 部屋は綺麗ですので嫌な印象はないですが、良かったなーと思えるとこも少なかった。

スタッフの対応がよかった。ここは車以外では泊まらないと思うので、ホテル内にレストランが少なくても中軽井沢や旧軽井沢まで車で近いので軽井沢の雰囲気を楽しむにはちょうど良い感じです。

The staff and cleaniness of the hotel was good, but it was way way overpriced for the type of room (unit style bathroom etc). Also the food was incredibly expensive - JPY8,000 for a dinner bento box (looked like something that would cost around jpy 1,500 at any other place). I have been living in Japan over 25 years and I would not recommend the hotel because it was so overpriced. I drive a ferrari but otherwise i focus on value for money and this was certainly not value for money. Staff were very nice and polite as one would expect in Japan. That's standard for Japan. We ate our breakfast outside of the hotel for a quarter of the price of the hotel - full breakfast in the forest overlooking a beautiful stream - couldnt beat it.

レストラン　スタッフの対応が横柄。アレルギーで食べれないと言ったら、露骨に嫌表情。食事もマズく態度も最悪。二度と行きません。こんなホテルがあるのか？　と嫌な気分になりました。

素晴らしい宿泊体験でした

北側の新しい建屋に宿泊しました。非常に綺麗で広い部屋でした。室内の温泉も、本館？の大浴場も使えました。室内の温泉は循環のお湯が夜中中煩く感じましたが、フロントに言えば止めてもらえるようでした。 食事は本館一階のレストランで朝夕共にいただきましたが、ボリュームが多く、男性スタッフの方も非常に丁寧で快適に過ごすことができました。

全体的に良かったです。軽井沢地区でも屈指の高級ホテルですが格安で泊まれ、かつ現地でアップグレードもしてくれたおかげで、快適な一晩を過ごすことができました。
