Our week at Hacienda Encantada was truly one of those family experiences we will remember for a very long time.
We visited at the end of August and beginning of September, during the slower season, and that made the stay even more enjoyable for us. We love peaceful family time, and the quieter atmosphere gave us exactly what we were hoping for.
What stood out most was the people. Every person we interacted with made a difference in our stay. Antonio, our golf cart driver, was always kind and helpful. Mr. Adrian, the activities coordinator, took great care of us. Maribel from housekeeping was wonderful. Martin and Angel at Il Forno were excellent, and Margarita was also incredibly warm and attentive. There were many others as well, and every interaction felt genuine.
This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating my 50th birthday and my wife's 45th birthday. The staff helped turn what was already an important family vacation into a week that felt truly special.
Everything was taken care of. The service, the property, the atmosphere, the food, the attention to detail, and most importantly the people were exceptional from beginning to end.
There really is not much more to say other than excellent. Hacienda Encantada exceeded our expectations and gave our family a beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable week in Cabo.
Thank you to everyone who was part of it. We will remember this trip, these birthdays, and the way we were treated with a lot of gratitude.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue.
It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant Noi was phenomenal. But when a pool umbrella fell and hit me on the head, the hotel did nothing. I was in pain half our stay and they refused to do anything, or compensate us for the injury on any way.
