“Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry”
