“The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. “Had a great stay, had a lovely welcome, really comfy bed in a lovely cottage suite (room 11). Had everything you could need for a self catering stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Car parking included was a bonus. Would highly recommend with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bury St Edmunds. Would definitely stay again”

“Lovely stay this week in the massive family room. 4 singles and one double bed in the room and it still felt very spacious. There was also a cupboard with hangers, a fan, tea/coffee making facilities and a huge fridge which came in very handy.
