The staff at the resort were really friendly and helpful. The poll area was nice and the bar/restaurant was good but only ate there once. Check in was easy The hotel is a great location especially for Disney The room was large and clean, however was a bit tired and whoever put the bathroom together did not own a spirit level. The furniture had seen better days and needs an update. The room had a small kitchen and it was well stocked. I didn’t trust a couple of the plug points in the room. Our view from the room was of a building site so not very exciting. Good value for money. I probably would stay there again

It is a time share property not a resort. It has very little amenities and does not offer day to day room cleaning. We had to take our own trash out order fresh towels and go to store to buy shower items. None of this was listed in the details. The place is old and tired, it needs a fresh coat of everything. Kids are un supervised in the pool area and you cannot relax. If you are hoping for a refreshing time this is not the place it’s very expensive and not worth the money. The beach walk is very hard to find. The map they offer does not depict the most accurate information. There is no room service and the “restaurant” on property is very limited Not worth the money at all

There is no place to eat at hotel no breakfast been served nothing. But I enjoyed my stay.

One word: Phenomenal!

The Delaney was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This means a lot to me as I have fibromyalgia and spondylosis. The on site tavern was an excellent spot for meals. Every meal I had was top notch. The bartenders were great, friendly and helpful. Free parking was an huge plus! The only complaint I have is that the front desk was without an employee often during the day and evening. When they were there they were helpful. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and assisted me with my needs.

The staff was particularly kind and accommodating. Whether the agents at the front desk, door agents, or the housekeeping staff, every interaction was so very pleasant.
