The only positive thing this property can claim is that it’s close to the theme parks. The property itself was a disappointment, not worth the cost. Housekeeping didn’t change the sheets just remade the beds every night.

When we first got to our room it looked amazing! Nice and clean. As we stayed longer we discovered roaches. One the night before we left and then one crawled out of our suitcase as we packed up! Be careful if you chose this property. Check the rooms carefully.

Every time we travel to Orlando we stay here. It's clean, convenient, and the staff is always nice. It's located next to everything within walking distance that we like to do. Definitely worth the money. Book it! You won't regret it.

This was an affordable option for our trip (not a vacation). Avanti gets stars from me for having decent and clean rooms (mattress was below average) while we stayed. Unfortunately, Avanti is just a large motel. The pool area was alright and probably the highlight of the “resort” but was always crowded. Neighbors were extremely loud all 5 nights we were there. Cars revved their engines at 2am in the parking lot 3 of the nights There seemed to be no security or staff to control these circumstances. I don’t see us staying at this location again next year.

The pool area and the lobby were the nicest things about the property. The beds were terrible and the rooms seemed to be in need of repair, paint, and other things. It was a dry place. We overpaid at $100 a night. We looked and could have booked a room for $38 a night upon arrival. Police was at the hotel at least once while we were there. It really seemed like a very low cost budget hotel. Gets the job done, but nothing else.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food that was available onsite was not great, I would go outside for food. The pool was nice. The bed was so uncomfortable. There was also a humidifier that we couldn't turn off that was pretty loud. Overall it was ok.

The pool area and pool itself are spacious and really nice. Be prepared for a party atmosphere on the weekends. The lobby is clean and updated. The rooms, however…beds are older and not comfortable, the fridge is a freezer and froze our food, the room refresh at 4 days never happened as stated, the room felt dingy and the floors felt dirty, no blankets on the beds. We were there for six nights for volleyball nationals and I am not sure we will be back. The staff, however, was kind and accommodating. I’m just not sure it is completely organized.

The room was clean but outdated. The stairway light was out after Dark. We kept getting notices automatically that quiet time started at 10:00 p.m., we had to call the front office to get a party shut down in the pool bar at 11:00 p.m. even though the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. It was loud enough they should have heard it and put a stop to it earlier. Undecided if we would stay there again. Great location, lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. Seemed fairly safe.
