We like this hotel, and this was our second time staying here. The staff are friendly and the pool is great! Having the shuttle to Universal, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe is an awesome addition to the stay. The only downfall to this hotel is the daily parking rate. We may consider staying at another location next time to avoid paying for parking as hotel guests.

Very clean rooms. Very nice staff. They had a shuttle that takes us to Universal for free everyday. The restaurants around the area are amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re planning on visiting Universal.
