LOVE Velas Vallarta! Simply gorgeous grounds, beautiful pools, clean rooms, amazing service. We especially loved Tino our server at the pool. I wouldn’t change a thing about our trip. This was our second time here and we will be back.

The hotel is great, the employees are the best, the only thing that wasn't great was the time for the restaurant orders to arrive, it took a average 50 minutes for the orders arrive at the table every time we order something, even on breakfast. Other than that the experience was the best.
