Velas is a beautiful resort. The staff has always been helpful and very friendly. Fun activities and nightly shows along with good food with themed dinners. There is a nice and clean gym that has the basics for a good workout. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return.

Wonderful stay. The whole staff is dedicated to making the guess vacations an unforgettable experience. The view is awesome and the beach is uncroweded. Make sure to have a drink or a meal a the beach front restaurant at sunset.

We had a wonderful stay at Velas Vallarta. The resort is excellent with beautiful grounds and spacious suites. Omar and Julio at Andrea restaurant were outstanding — they took great care of us as vegetarians and made our meals fantastic, while the in-suite kitchenette was very convenient. The only downsides were the rude and unhelpful reception staff during check-in, who seemed to play games and lacked transparency, and the beach not being swim-friendly due to the river outflow. On the plus side, tour operator Brenda was fantastic, very helpful, and suggested great excursions. Overall, we highly recommend Velas Vallarta.

I didn’t have high expectations for this resort as we had stayed in the area previously and were let down at a neighbouring resort but Valas was great! The rooms were clean, the food was probably the best we’ve had an all inclusive, the staff was great. Would recommend!
