Staff was very friendly and helpful

The rooms were spacious, which was one of the few positives about our stay. However, there are several important details that the hotel does not disclose before booking. The hotel has no elevators and no bellboys, so guests are expected to carry all of their luggage up multiple flights of stairs without any assistance. This was extremely inconvenient and should be clearly stated on the hotel’s listing. Our room was a two-level layout. While it was spacious, the second floor has two beds but no bathroom, meaning anyone staying upstairs has to go down at least 15 stairs every time they need to use the bathroom. This is a significant inconvenience, especially during the night, and could be difficult or even unsafe for children, older adults, or anyone with mobility concerns. These accessibility and layout details are important information that should be disclosed before guests book. Had we known about the lack of elevators, luggage assistance, and the room’s staircase and bathroom layout, we would have chosen a different hotel.

Loved that it was reasonably priced, accessible, had breakfast and parking.
