I had reservations about this hotel when I booked as I had read a couple of bad reviews and was worried the ones I was reading were not legitimate. I stayed with my two adult kids for a relaxing couple of days before a tour and we loved this hotel!! The staff were lovely and it was safe and clean. The food was great and we would stay again there for sure.

The staff here was so great and wonderful. Brandon was so informative and helpful he answered all of our questions and gave alot of helpful advice. The breakfast here was so good and the bar was phenomenal. The vibe there and the cost of things there was wonderful. Love this hotel I would most definitely be booking this place again when I come back to costa rica. You won't regret booking this hotel.

Check in was quick and efficient, rooms are spacious and we had a good view.......bed was comfortable and room was very clean.....bathrooms are alittle tired and dated . Food was ok , and the staff in the restaurant were friendly, breakfast staff were extremely good and very helpful and cheerful. Hotel has a nice pool area and lounge and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens , i would definitely come back and stay again....overall a great hotel
