Jefferson, Ramon, and Daniella were amazing fro the very beginning of our short stay to the end. The property is beautiful and accommodating. The location with the restaurants is perfect so you don't have to go far. The room cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and in good location near restaurants and shopping. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Salvatore the food and beverage manager went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and provide us with good service.

Very nice clean up to standard hotel. Unfortunately they don't have a pool and room service is horrible. Their menu selection was limited but even then the food was not that good. Twice they missed my order and brought wrong food. Maid service was excellent. They kept my room clean and fully stocked. Valet and guest relations were also excellent ๐Ÿ‘Œ ๐Ÿ‘

This is an awesome location walkable to food, shopping, price mart and so close to the mall and Avenida escazu. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and the room was beautiful.
