They advertise in Expedia that they have a sauna and they do Not have it. (We needed it for our athletes) We paid more expensive than most hotels just to find that out. It's too far from downtown San Jose, coffee maker doesn't work, heater doesn't work, front desk staff is kind of rude. $3.70 for a bottle of water, we pay $1 in California!! All in all, too expensive for what you get.

I didn’t like the amenities, it felt like an old room with a weird smell as well even though it was clean. The shower is something I didn’t like as well, it wasn’t pleasant to use and it was either too hot or too cold. Also, I didn’t like the fact that we found a dead cockroach in the hall. Despite that, Staff was great and the hotel had a cute and quite vibe, something I really appreciated.

A lovely hotel near the airport with a beautiful pool area. We had difficulty accessing WiFi on our iPhones, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and got us connected. We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the food in the restaurant, but our standard king bed room was spacious and comfortable. High praise for the entire staff!
