Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the market, Chinatown, and tons of great restaurants and cafes and shops. Perfect spot if you want to be close to everything!

The room was beautiful as was the hotel. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind. Particularly Julio who helped us book the most amazing excursion after the designated person had already left for the day. The dinner there did not meet our liking (too sweet and $$$). We thought Breakfast was included when we booked but they said it wasn’t. We weren’t upset after having such a disappointing meal upon arriving, we didn’t risk it. We had everything else we needed except reliable WiFi. Luckily we didn’t want to spend much time in our room. The location here was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to see and lots of sites and shopping and amazing food in an east walking distance. We would come back!
