We had a lovely welcome arrival to the hotel, where we were given a map of the hotel! As the hotel clearly states it is very hilly and not ideal for people with mobility issues. room was clean, excellent bed, breakfast wonderful, staff very friendly and helpful as our room was up on the cliff and my wife suffer from back ache, thus they offered us a room very convenient near to the restaurant and reception.

Staff is very dedicated and efficient. Swiss Hotel in Phuket is ideal for families. The proximity from the Kamala beach is very appreciated.

We stayed there for 4 nights and we have so much fun. Their private beach is so beautiful. The hotel offers free kayaking and SUP which is really impressive. Although it is a bit far from the Patong beach but it is so quite and peaceful.

Resort was absolutely beautiful. Incredible views, well appointed rooms, staff were frienfly and helpful, food was delicious.

Pool view is fantastic. Gym needs updating and maintenance is required on a couple of the machines. They are not lady friendly even though I am booked for two in my room.

Came here for our honeymoon and it was perfect!! Gorgeous property. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Right on beach. Close to everything. Cannot recommend this enough. Whenever I go back I’ll be staying here.

I wish there was more frequent shuttle services and also later than 1630 being the last Other places we stayed in Thailand had last shuttle till 920 pm. Good location, situated on edge of Karon beach, just next to Kata beack, both lovely. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, lots of trees and wooden walkways. Adults only pool and Club lounge offering teas and coffees through the day.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful private beach, nice room with great views. Possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever used, period!
