My second time staying here and again a real pleasure, will be returning. Lovely staff, so helpful friendly and polite, great amenities the gym a nice pool, restaurant and bars. Close to the nightlife and shopping.

Great staff and location. Close to all attractions in the area, and easy to book day trips to the islands. The staff here were extremely friendly and always helpful when we needed anything. Great pool and gym has all you need for a good workout. Gym is important to me and it met needs. Dumbells up to 100 pounds and flat bench press etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Centrally located. Perfect place to rest your head in the middle of all the action of Bangla Rd. Not a 5 star resort but they do not advertise themselves as that. Would stay again as staff was friendly and very helpful.

Facilities like restaurant and swimming pool are really good. Rooms are a bit run down and seen several cockroaches in my room and my brothers also. Even see a rat running the hotel stairs. However daily roomservice is good, but really expect to pay for location and hotel facilities. Based on the room only it's unfortunately not word the price anymore. Definitely had better stays in 2018 and 2019, but that had also to do with construction work next to my room. That's ofcourse not the hotels fault

I think the score of 3 stars some this review up. Location and cleanliness top notch. Having said that, the hotel is next to a motorbike parking area which is open 24hrs, so all night you hear the 50cc scooters over and over again. The parking gets full and holds up to 200 scooters so imagine I slept with earplugs in!!! The staff were excellent and professional at all times, I do think the bar and restaurant are overly expensive, this is not to say they the food isn't worthy of the price, it's just that you are in abundance of cheaper places in its proximity. I think they need to bring them down a tad, specially the local beer. Overall, you can't grumble. It's does exactly what you pay for!!!

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal war einfach großartig – super freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass sie ihre Gäste wirklich gern haben. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter und könnten renoviert werden, aber die tolle Atmosphäre und das fantastische Team machen das mehr als wett. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Good location with lots of dining and shopping very close. Downside is that the area is very busy and stays noisy until daybreak. The hotel staff is great but the facilities and rooms are old and need to be updated.

The staff at the check-in were extremely helpful. I paid extra for the breakfasts (but guests get 10% off) and they were very good and waitress/waiters all very friendly. The room was clean. Mattress a little too firm for my liking but otherwise all was good. The pool was surprisingly large for such a central location. Would definitely come back.

I stayed in this property about 10-12 years ago and it was fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t think any money has been spent on the property since then. The gym is exactly the same, dated and none of the cardio machines work properly. I saw rats in the corridor on a couple of occasions, which is very off putting with regards to ever staying here again. The staff are all fantastic and cannot do enough for the customers but the hotel is one I won’t be visiting again unless it gets a complete facelift.

Slitne og gamle rom. Ingen vinduer på rom og ingen balkong. Men renholdet var bra. Nydelig service og vennlighet fra alt personell. Flott bassengområde og veldig stort og funksjonelt trening/ styrkerom. Restauranten ga ulike frokostmuligheter og det var god kvalitet på maten. Svært sentral beliggenhet.

Coisas boas: localizacao Coisas ruins: o resto! Tomar banho, molha o banheiro inteiro O chuveiro da um jato de agua forte q cada 30 segundos, depois ele vai ficando fraco sendo um ciclo q cada 30 segundos. O quarto nao tem janela, ela existe porem sao cortinas fixas que nao abrem, ou seja sem janela. So fique nesse hotel se você estiver muito sem dinheiro para outras opções, junte mais alguns baths e vá para outro lugar melhor

Comfortable and clean stay. Appreciate that most staffs at the front desk are able to speak good english and being helpful. The downside is that as the area is near to many happening bars, it gets noisy from about 12am to early morning. The hotel do provides ear plug.

I’ve been to Patong many times and can honestly say this is the best place I’ve stayed in and will definitely be coming back. There are so many staff that you want for nothing. They are so friendly that sometimes you don’t even want to go to bangla road. Won’t hear a bad word said about the place. I’ve seen other reviews where people say that there is noise to stop them sleeping, but I don’t know if I was lucky with my room, but I didn’t hear a thing. Honestly sad to leave.
