Lovely hotel. In Soi close to Bangla Rd, Jungceylon and 10 minute stroll to beach. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was firm but that is my preference but may not suit all. Nice rooftop pool. No sunbeds in the shade which was a problem for me but again not for others. Overall a nice two week stay and recommended to anyone who wants to stay in centre of Patong.

Great stay again. Large room, good view. Fridge wasn’t working and without fuss it was immediately changed. Some changes since my last visit, better food choices and breakfast, nice lunch & evening menu. I will be back again

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and wonderful. They allow me to use the shower after checking out, and even if I vomit due to food poisoning, they handle it without making a disgusting face. The rooftop pool is also great and good value for money. And best of all, it's clean. However, it is a pity that the lock of the hotel window was broken and could not be closed. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Gone downhill .

4th time staying here and regretted it straight away , wrong room given. No electricity, no glasses for drinks, no manager on site and unhelpful staff. Never booking again. Such a shame , it used to be such a good hotel.

Property needed some TLC and a bottle of bleach for the bathroom. No iron. Pool needed some fixing, tiles all broken on the bottom of the pool..pool area needed improvement run down. No hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or clothes. Area handy to most things.

Location is a minute walk to Bangala Road but the stay was TERRIBLE. First warning was the 2,000THB CASH deposit. And they will use it for ANYTHING!!!! My daughter had a drink spilled on her and stained the sheet just a bit. They charged us 1,400THB for a single old sheet set!!! The bathroom smelled like a sewer, the bed is like sleeping on concrete, the breakfast was not to be consumed, the pool furniture is in need of replacement, multiple people checking out were MISERABLE, and the cops came out for one family. The towels were terrible and I doubt they wash them with soap. Oh, and the best part, you cant flush toilet paper. (Barf) and enjoy the sanitary bags and terrible smells. The lobby is nice, as well as the staff, but all other aspects were terrible. We could not wait to check out and go elsewhere. Spare yourself and stay further than Bangala Rad and enjoy the TukTuk ride!!!

This is my 8th night at the Gig and I moved to the junior suite after 4 days which is really nice. All the reception staff are amazing especially Ji… recommend the Gig 100 %
