We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong. The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy. When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was great. The staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will highly recommend Grand Mercury Phuket to anyone visiting Patong!

We arrived on 12 June and I booked a deluxe twin bed room. When I arrived at the room there was a musty and humid smell to it and I didn’t want to stay in it. Teya was very gracious kind and helpful and she switched our room directly to another one which we were very happy with. The breakfast buffet is very generous and extremely varied in choice. It contained all kinds of fruits and teas and juices as well as an Asian station with a delicious soup as well as numerous kinds of Indian and Thai dishes.

The hotel site is close to all the main attractions, nightlife, restaurants, Jungceylon Mall, Central Mall, and Patong Beach. Approximately a 5 - 12-minute walk. The room is very clean. Balconies are not accessible. Great buffet breakfast selection, especially with the halal options, which is a smart way to attract Muslim tourists. Good job to the F&B team!
