Great hotel for family traveling with kids. We should’ve splurged for the swim in suites. The suites was spacious for family of 4. Amenities included flip flops, swim towels. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options for kids and adults. Adult only pool is 12+ and faces the beach. The beach was spectacular, water was warm, clean and clear

Something for everybody! We chose to stay beachside, where you can hear the waves from your room. With two young kids it was then easy to pop across the road to the pools with the slides and wave pool. Dinner buffet was great value, as kids under 7 go free. I’d probably like to see some vegan options. That also applies to breakfast, which had a wonderful fruit selection, but cater a lot for the Chinese customers. Wonderful fresh fruit juices and a great selection of breads to toast though. The staff are friendly and helpful, and great with children. A really great trip.

Fantastic family stay. We had a Grand Suite (Thani Wing) and the view was perfect. Nice big room for 2 adults and a child, though because the childs bed was in the living room area, we could have used an extra chair or seating option. Close to all pools and the beach. House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. The hotel restaurants were quite a bit more expensive than the ones outside the complex, without much difference in the food. Excellent bars in the hotel. Happy hour at the Coconut Bar was 5.30 - 7 each day and included some fantastic sunsets. Variety of pools were brilliant. New kids pools across the road were fun and included a lazy river, as well as 4 slides and wave pool. Great location. 5 minutes from Kata Beach, 10 from Karon, 25 from Patong. Will return when we next visit Phuket.

The room was recently renovated with comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in the Bhari wing with a swim up pool. Most days we had the pool to ourselves which made the experience even better. We purchased floating chairs and relaxed by the pool. The restaurants were outstanding.

The resort is located at the bottom of an hill at the end of a road. It covers a wide amount of property with several pools. There is beach access, you can rent a lounger on the beach from locals, cheap. The sand is soft and relatively clean of debris. Variety of places to eat within resort and some local restaurants. You will need to take a cab to explore other parts, beaches, markets, etc.

We stayed at the Vhari Wing and the overall environment is superb! Clean room, good service, friendly staff, good food. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The staff were warm and friendly. We especially enjoyed the resort’s facilities, including the swimming pools, water play facilities and dining options, The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and spend quality time with family. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby and it is very convenient to get what we need. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable holiday experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape and would gladly return in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were surprised by all the amenities: from a beach bag and beach slippers, to a bathroom and room slippers. The breakfast buffet was superb! We are frequent travelers and this was by far the largest breakfast buffet we had. If you’re traveling during a birthday, they also provided a super tasty cake with candles. The beach front was a definite plus. We 100% recommend this resort.
