“This townhouse hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but frankly it should be rated as a 2 star hotel. There is no one to help with luggage. There is no real reception you have to go up a floor to a small office to check in. There is no staff to assist you in the morning until 11 am and no one after 6:00.pm. “We spent two nights in Kinsale at Long Quay House and we highly recommend the place. The location is awesome, the room was clean with a great shower, and the property is in very good condition.
