Northern Florida Vacation Packages for 2026

Poor management, Will take a new deposit every time you extend, you don't get your deposit back for a week, they change they're policies when it's convenient for them ie some days it's 50.00 deposit per room and some days it's 100.00 deposit.it just depends on who is working. They gave a notice overnight that anyone parked in certain spots at 9am would be towed at their own expense. Notice was received well after midnight on the same day. The hallways have a musty smell. I requested to switch rooms due to the tv had a blue hue and the floor was peeling up and catching on my socks and I had tripped over it several times. At first I was told I had to request first thing in the morning so the next day I requested at 8am and was told I had to come to the desk and speak to a manager in order to switch rooms. Every time you go to the desk someone is already there having problems with their booking and/or charges. They have people from another hotel that bother you while you're having breakfast, leave flyers in your windshield daily, and wait near the desk selling you discounts to stay at an alternate hotel. The rooms are way over priced at full price. If you stay here definitely use a third party.

Shower handle fell off when I was in the shower, no microwave, half the stuff listed isn’t working or they are doing construction on it. Pretty sure someone stole money out of my wallet from my room when I was at the beach :( called but they never did anything

Very clean, beautiful room with a view! We loved the pool area, breakfast provided and laundry room available to travel with clean clothes for a few dollars..the only negative was the noise late at night from children running in hall, but that's on the guests, not the Hotel..absolutely would come back, wish I had found this place years back ..maybe have beach chair rental available?

Staff was extremely helpful.
