We loved our stay. The room was very clean and the AC was very cold. Our stay was an amazing value. We had a beachfront room with a kitchen and for the price we paid it could not have been any better! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Building exterior area needs a good pressure wash cleaning around the pool walking area. The room was clean, You had to buy the ice/ no machine.. The staff was nice. For a low budget, older I building , we had fun.

Fantastic LOCATION and the staff is amazing. From the front desk check in to the cook and the bar staff at the tiki bar, they were all exceptional.. Shout out to April, Trish, and Sandy. The room was so clean and the VIEW was breathtaking! Definitely the best lounge and umbrella staff, (Wesley), helping everyone relax at the Gulf for that super clean sand and surf.

The room was very nice, neat and clean. The pool area was really nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.. But for older people that stay there , which i'm getting older to. They really need to find a way to build at least one elevator for this property, really hard for elderly people to get up-and-down the steps the hotel is very nice . It'\nS awesome to have a mom and pop kind of hotel still left in the area.The beach acces real nice

The door of the bathroom of the room 208 was broken and couldn’t close, the toilet, if you sat on it, it felt like it was going to break, and the door, but pool was very good, and the beach was very clean. 2 and a half stars.

Very rundown hotel needing some TLC. None of the outdoor showers worked for rinsing off after the beach which was very disappointing. Room wasn’t clean when we arrived for our stay and the hallways and stairwells weren’t maintained well either. Did have great AC and was a great location. The staff was helpful as well.

Property is right on the beach and nice. The view was amazing. The patio we had was growing algae all over it from the air conditioner and a bucket with a bunch of water overflowing. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and there was still sand every where. Overall not bad for a night or two stay, but would not want to stay all week.
