All staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful. The resort was beautiful and relaxing. The beds were super soft and also supportive. The views from the gulf side were stunning.

Great stay! Friendly staff, secluded feeling especially for the beach which is a perk, but also very close to shopping and dining. Only recommendation would be to add a hot tub and showers when leaving the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach Resort and would definitely return. The location is convenient to food and shopping, but also far enough from the pier and public beach that it never felt crowded. The beach chair and umbrella rentals were a bit pricy, but this is run by a third party and not the hotel (same pricing regardless of where you stay).
