“Arrived on time for check-in and was told our room wasn't clean yet, could we wait a half hour. Fine, we waited on the beach. Returned to check in, but alas, the room still wasn't cleaned, could we give them another half hour, so we went to a late lunch. Returned after lunch, but yet again, the room was still not clean, could they have 15 more minutes. “Great location to the strip for walking. Also right next to Hampton Beach State Park. So easy access. Good value for the location.”

“This is a great place to stay off the beaten path enough to avoid the noise from the Main strip. Small yet comfortable and everything you would need with nice outside sitting area on either level. I will be staying here again for sure! Thanks Blue Jay!”

“La jeune fille à l’accueil était très gentille. Par contre l’état des lieux était épouvantable! Nous sommes partis une journée avant, car incapable de dormir! Zéro insonorisation, la chambre puait, l’air climatisé dégageait une odeur bizarre. La chambre était propre, mais désuet. Nous étions au 3e étage et les planches de la galerie callait sous nos pieds …pas sécuritaire.”
