I had a wonderful two night stay! Everyone I interacted with was super kind, breakfast was complimentary and the room was comfortable! I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again the next time me and my boyfriend come to York!

They don't offer toiletries. It was clean but dusty. Overlal it work if you don't need much and are staying for a day or two. But nothing special. I will say that the w front desk staff that I checked in and out with were extremely pleasant and nice!

View from my room was wonderful. Noise in hotel was horrible. I was on second floor and noises from 3rd floor went on til 2am every night. Left on Thursday instead of Friday cause I needed to go home and sleep. Lost money but needed to rest. If you stay longer there is no bureau just coat rack. The staff was wonderful.

Room was not as pictured on Expedia. Room was not cleaned as I formed. Had to asked twice to refresh room. Asked for fresh towels daily and ice and it seemed like a chores since they didn’t have enough staff. Parking got full each night. Location was ok … a bit of a long walk but if you enjoy walking like we do it is fine. Breakfast on premise was very good. Beach was nice but must bring chairs . Expected the overall experience to be a little better but it was okay.

The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm.

A different experience for A traveler to Maine Coastal Places. We found our one night stay nice. Glad it was not more. Construction going on Right across the street. No mention of that at all. So much for paying extra for a water view. Parking was limited . Found bathroom limited in space , and moderately cleaned. Very comfortable bed. TV poor reception , with guessing game on two controls ? They allow pets , and it has its noise issues. Their Breakfast was good and & was not included in the rate , Very Expensive ! They say U get what U pay for , Not Here ! Time to Keep on traveling. Mr. C

We stayed here recently because we wanted a dog-friendly getaway, and it’s one of the few places in York that allows dogs. I know they recently opened, so I’m sure they are working things out, but we had some issues. Proximity to the beach is excellent and the pool was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and close to room. The main issue is that we stayed Wednesday through Sunday, and our room was never cleaned once. After three days we ran out of towels and toilet paper, and staff seemed surprised when we asked for more. We’ve stayed at other dog-friendly hotels that provide dog treats or bowls for pets. This hotel didn’t do this, but at least they had a pet relief area with waste bags and a disposal station. The vanity was very small and really didn’t appreciate the bathroom door being see through. The bathroom fan smelled strongly like onions or garlic, so we kept it off. We also noticed several small bugs in the room. The room also lacked any decor, so it didn’t have a beachy feel. Beds were comfortable.

Room was clean, Staff had this service as the Staff were pleasant but did not have a clue of any questions we asked. Front desk was very inexperienced and not very well informed of the area. Website deceiving stating the beach was 0.3 of a mile away. It was more like a 15/20 walk to get to a convenient safe portion of the beach without climbing over a zillion huge (extremely dangerous) rocks to get to the water. Pool was nice, but website mentioned an outdoor pool bar. The bar was nowhere near to be opened. Our balcony was the only balcony with dirty, horribly dangerous chairs to get in and out of. Stairs going to and from 3rd floor has major spider webs and mold on the stairs. This property should never should have been open the customers. We booked a 2 night stay and were asked for the 2 night resort fee, but our room keys logged us in for a one night stay. Had to go to the office after walking up 3 flights of stairs. Came back to an unclean room as well.

We loved our stay! Room was sleek, modern, and clean with super comfortable beds and a great minimal decor. Shower was gorgeous, but could be tricky for anyone with balance issues to use since it’s tiny with glass doors. Very quiet at night after 10, even close to the street area. Our room had a side view of the ocean, and it was lovely to be so close to the rocky beach. The sandy beach was a 5 minute walk. The heated outdoor pool was beautiful, pristine, and very comfortable temperature. Plenty of pool towels, seating, umbrellas, tables and loungers. The lunch options from the food truck parked at the resort were limited, but delicious! The pool bar wasn’t open during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
