It is a nice place to stay rooms were very clean and staff was very polite and helpful whenever I asked anything. I recommend staying here for the price. And its not far from Hampton Beach, just a small walk away.

It was a nice property, but you have to ask for everything towels etc. it was a perfect spot. Saw the fireworks and you can walk right up the street to the ocean so it’s a perfect location for a holiday.

We always stay at Janmere when we go to Hampton . Good location and like that it has a pool, for the days beaching isnt great. The new owners have been making nice upgrades to the property.

The room was quit quaint with just enough room for the 2 of us in the Queen room. Everything looked nice and clean but a little dated. The pool was great and the location was fantastic, the beach was just one block away. The staff in the office were very nice!! There were 2 chairs and a little table that we could sit at just outside our door. We would go back!!

I loved it here! As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable. The room was big, the bed and blankets were comfortable. The room was clean and smelt good too. The spot was convenient with it being maybe a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. I got their early and they allowed me to park before my room was ready so I could go to the beach.

The room was clean and comfortable plenty of space for two. We had the 2 bed queen room. A perfect place to stay for a show at the Casino Ballroom. It’s nice to park the car and be able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

What stood out to me most, was the superior work ethic displayed by the staff. Everybody was busy and they appeared to have the whole operation down to a science. Not a single cell phone or lazy employee in sight. My family and I were impressed. The location was just right. Parking was also a breeze. Complimentary 24/7 coffee was a huge bonus. We will definitely stay again. We had a lovely time. I would recommend booking through the hotel directly instead of through a 3rd party site.

Very clean rooms and loved the outdoor pool was there on the 4th of July weekend so it was very busy just wish they assigned parking to each of the rooms due to handicapped people it has two floors I paid for a suit with a full size fridge and had a microwave and a little kitchenette and I was on the bottom floor so if you are handicapped I would definitely ask for a bottom room. Definitely close to the beach and we could see the fireworks from the parking lot the beach was so busy I heard there were over 50,000 people it was crazy (when we drove by we stupidly left and drove to Walmart at 8 when we got back thank god they just started the fire works). So we didn’t miss them. Also they were great and had a cookout on the fourth for the motel guests we will definitely try to come next year we had a great time.
