The staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. However, there were quite a few druggies staying in the hotel and too many dogs as well. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Hostess was pretty rude told me we had no reservation but later found it was interrupted bye another customer who was given a room and someone was already in it. The room was in poor shape ants on the floor none of the doors to the building were locked anyone could’ve walked in didn’t even stay the last night had enough won’t stay again.

Doors were slamming all night long. Very noisy place. It’s hard to believe humans can be so noisy in a place full of guests trying to sleep. Bed was very uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. Would not stay there again.

No ice for guests, air work at times ( room never was comfortably cooled) no cleaning of the room the entire stay, I had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes every night. Overall it was a terrible stay

The elevator broke and x employee was throwing a fit in the lobby of the hotel to point I could hear it on the 3rd floor. The bed was uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine.

The sink in the bathroom was plugged, unable to even use. It asked for more pillows, and I had to go down to the desk to get them. The thermostat on the wall was disgustingly filthy towels were more like paper towels, really cheap and expensive thin no paper or pen. TV was very small. Very limited for channels old motel needs to have an update needed it in a pinch took it but never would do it again thank you for accepting my comments.

Fire alarm was pulled at 3:30 am, sat outside until cleared. The hotel smelled of smoke, dog, and other. More pets (dogs) checked in this hotel than I have ever seen at a hotel. Not clean. Needs minor repairs. the refrigerator wasn't plugged into the outlet.
