For the price, this property is fine. Just be prepared for "bare bones". We did have a colony of small flies in our room, but other than that, it was OK.

I had a great stay no complaints!! Just minor things like the the tub wasn’t draining and it didn’t look like the bathroom was cleaned the best so makes me scared of the room lol but it was a nice one night stay!

It's a modest motel, you get what you pay for... wasn't the most updated nor clean, wasn't the most outdated and dirty either. Short drive to Hampton Beach and stores/eateries. We were there as a quick driving break from northern ME.
