The location was the best part about this hotel. The room was very average, we were expecting a nicer place for 500 a night. The lake View would have been nice but not when you are basically sitting on the parking lot on level 1. Our door would stick shut every time it closed. We loved Lake Geneva but this hotel is not somewhere I would recommend.

The shower situation was terrible. I couldn't get warm water, and water pressure both. Bathroom countertop had a huge crack in it. I had to either left up on, or push down on the door handle to be able to lock the shared bathroom door. The bed and pillows had no padding. I guess you may be getting what you paid for, as it was very affordable.

Perfectly nice place to stay, a bit Wawa from town area.
