We have a family of 5. It was nice to have a bed for everyone for a quick night sleep. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, hot eggs, sausage and pancakes and many more delicious treats. Also they opened up a small meeting room for more seating right near the breakfast area. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The location is great, many restaurants and shopping available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One staff member Keshonna White went well up and above to help me with a special problem. This was a phenomenal hotel they had done all to the pinnacle of great service breakfast was amazing front counter service was great as well everyone was very friendly sad to say i didnt get the chance to go to the pool but when i return i will experience it. I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place Chicago! The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the room was after a long day of exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions I had. The location was also perfect—close to restaurants, attractions, and easy access to transportation, making it convenient to get around Chicago. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of options to choose from each morning. Overall, Hyatt Place exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago and looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service!
