Room was clean - bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was what you would expect - fairly basic but was ok. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel - just slept there. Liked the hotel - lovely looking swimming pool but we didn’t use. At night there was a lot of noise - sounded like teenagers being up late with lots of slamming doors around 2am. The location of the hotel was really good for getting the Metra from Downers grove to Chicago. And downers Grove was lovely and cute.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool with a comfortable seating area, and I really liked that the breakfast options changed every day. The fitness area was also great and well-maintained. The only issue we had was with housekeeping. We requested housekeeping service, but they never came to clean the room or change our towels, which was frustrating. We had to call the front desk to request fresh towels and have the trash taken out. Other than that, everything else about our stay was great, and we had a very enjoyable experience.

The rooms very clean, The staff smile and speak 😀 Breakfast was good except meat not cook long enough. Pool was nice. I notice no maintain can be on call overnight if emergency it has to wait until next day. My refrigerator couldn't be replace overnight had to wait until next morning 😩 not fair. But the Manager fix the issue. I am happy
