Incredible staff. Very friendly. The bar is cool. Room was clean, but bathroom needs to be restored. Old bath and shower head from the 70s. Everything is luxurious except the bathroom.

The property definitely needs to be upgraded. The room was fine, clean but the exterior looks like an old college dorm. The elevators have not been inspected in 2-3 years. The restaurant food and buffet were a 3.5 out of 5.

We had a really nice trip to this resort. We stayed for 3 nights with our dog.One of the bellman, Magny was so helpful. When I realized we were going to be too far from a door to walk our dog he call down to the front desk and arranged another room. He knew right where we needed to be and set us up for convenience! It was greatly appreciated! The fitness center at the spa was one of the nicest resort fitness centers we've been to. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and everything was hot and delicious! We had a great day would return.

The property was really clean and well-maintained. Everyone was super helpful when we needed something. We stayed during the week, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't take advantage of the bowling alley. In addition, we didn't utilize the pool or fitness center, so I can't speak to those. The room was big and clean. We ate in the bar/dining room several times. It would be great if there was a little more to the menu, and they served a little later, but overall, the food was really good, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!

this is a super clean lovely place. nice furnishings, good amenities. it is a very large hotel with 2 "towers" and it was a really long walk to my room from the lobby with no "shortcuts" that I could find. This is my only complaint!!
