Super convenient location to do just bout anything in the city, especially for Times Square, and to get on the Subway. Clem room with A/C was also much appreciated 🙂👍

Worst hotel stay I can remember. For starters the main entrance on 44th Street was closed (nobody bothered to tell us in advance) so we had to walk all the way around to the 45th street entrance to get into the hotel. Upon arriving we were told that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations so the hotel offered literally nothing to eat or drink and no lobby to sit in. People were literally lying on the floor at the front desk waiting for their rooms. Again nobody told about this in advance. Multiple elevators were non-operational throughout our stay, perpetually creating huge traffic jams to get to and from your room. Oh, and last night our floor was woken up by the blood curdling screams of some woman in severe distress. Wonderful.

I have stayed at this property 3 times, and try and stay there whenever I can. It's a wonderful location, a beautiful building and has lots of personality.

Our room was very clean and well tended to. All the staff was friendly. The front desk was great as well as the curbside attendant. We’ve stayed here many times.
