Vacations Close To Sleepy Hollow Cemetery

Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.

It was a good place to stay . I'll stay again

Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.

Before checking in I specifically requested that someone leaves a small happy birthday greeting and a couple of sprigs of mums in the glass when we first arrive in our room. I received a confirmation over the phone and once again in a message via Expedia. But none of this was done. Also, when we were driving up, there was a wedding on site and there was no parking available. The valet was quite rude and did not even explain where additional parking was. We had to drive in circles for like 15 minutes. We finally found parking in the lower level close to the entry, but the asphalt there was so terrible and beat up, it was hard to drive there. For the price I paid, I would definitely expect better service as to: parking and friendliness of the valet, quality of the road and fulfillment of customer simple requests. This is the property that charges a five star price tag but provides a two star service in return. This is an obvious disconnect

Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....
