In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished. Other than that, the cookies available at check-in made up for it. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast buffet, but an exceptionally clean area.

Unfortunately we had a leak in our room as we were leaving one morning and we were told that if we idk our stuff up the staff would move rooms for us while we were away so when we returned late at night there would be no disruptions. When we got back with our young children, our stuff was not moved so we had to do all of that.
