This is a great example of an older city hotel doing it, right. Clean, nothing broken or worn out. Great staff from the friendly front desk, efficient housekeeping and security personnel. Great stay with a great location.

The pillows were awful and I thought it was strange in the middle of winter there was no comforter, not even a blanket in the closet. It was in a great location, only stayed the night.

I had to change rooms right away due to room conditions that did not inspire confidence in cleanliness. Flickering bathroom light, 8+ tears in wallpaper, bedside electric plug was filthy. New room was far better, but one trash wasn't empty and the overall experience was just jarring, and I am not usually that picky on this sort of thing. My standards are reasonably low. Staff was very nice. They have food for purchase and are close to some decent restaurants if you want delivery.

Yes, the room was clean, the staff we interacted with was excellent, and the burger we ordered from the bar downstairs was excellent. It was actually quite unexpected for it be so delicious. We were going to order it again the next night but since they were hosting a new years event, the regular menu wasn’t available. This is a central location and everything you’d need it fine minutes in either direction. We’d definitely boom again.

Overall nice clean appearance. In the room there needs to be electrical outlet access at the bed stands. For CPAP for example. Very helpful and courteous front desk staff. The AM coffee barista was not outgoing or friendly. Needs to be placed in a different position. Appreciated the free Christmas evening buffet.
