This is like my tenth time visiting this hotel. I often visit here when I need somewhere to unwind. Each time feels better than the first time. My teenage daughter loves to hang out here, with me and her best friend . There are plenty of stores, restaurants and a movie theater. It is safe so they shop and hang out. “Hyatt we say”!!!!

The room was very clean and spacious. Check in was quick the staff was very pleasant the only down side was not a lot to chose from for breakfast but it was enough for my stay. Overall i would stay there again. And highly recommend

The hotel is located in an ideal part of New York. Shopping is possible and easily accessible for all my needs. I was pleasantly happy that we could get to JFK Airport in under 40minutes. Staff were also quite helpful.

Hotel was well kept, clean and staff were nice. The hotel is located in the center of an outdoor mall, this was great for us when it came time to look for food and a nice walk. The only issue we had was parking. The lot is shared with the mall, so on a busy long weekend when it’s raining it was hard to find a convenient spot.
