“Really friendly local pub, all staff friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Nice quiet area. The food was really good and the beds comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.”

“David and Lorna were lovely. Nice warm welcome and explained what was on offer and asked if there was anything that we needed. They were off on a short family break leaving the In Laws to cover Breakfast etc. Incl checking out and settling the bill 'if this had not already been done with David or Lorna before they had left'. Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us.”

Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The skirting boards hadn't been touched. The bathroom was clean but not a deep clean level as there was dust and grime around the toilet. The towels were plentiful and clean. The bedding was clean but the divan itself had a stain as...
