Decent budget hotel in a nice area just outside Bournemouth. It had the basics needed for a stay and the beds were fairly comfortable. The swimming pool was good, though it is used for swimming lessons at times (the pool is divided when that happens). Good breakfast. Would return.

We had a really pleasant stay at Laguna Hotel Bournemouth. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they were always happy to help. The hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms, useful facilities, and free parking, which made the stay even easier. The location is also very convenient, with Bournemouth town centre and the beach within easy reach. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

The hotel interior is a bit tired and out of date and generally could benefit from a modern refit. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it’s good value for money, and located within a short walk or drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi is an added bonus. Parking onsite is free, but gets busy in the summer months. I would stay here again, thank you.

Staff brilliant, room fit for purpose and clean, parking on site limited , ( always been lucky when we stay). Breakfast is absolutely fantastic a must have when staying. Easy walk through park to centre or via road, bus stops up a steep walkway for the able people or round road for others, ( I managed slop with a crutch) .

Have stayed here several times.Location is ideal for buses. This visit i was surprised that another visitor was able to access my locked room using their key. When reported was told it wasn't possible and that I couldn't have locked my door properly. The fact that the other visitor was able to relocate the door after opening it proved that it was possible.

I like the way you get treated from the staff. Receptionist was so helpful and kind to us .But when we got into the room everything changed. As soon as we got there it was a terrible smell inside the room. We had to open the window “tiny little window “. After a while we realised the smell was actually coming from the bathroom.. we couldn’t sleep half of the night because of the smell that was coming all the time .. I will really think twice before choosing to go there again …
