“The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location close to the seafront, the pier, the harbour, the parks, pubs, restaurants, souvenir shops, steam railway, train and bus station made it the perfect place to stay for a seaside holiday. I only ordered the breakfast, not evening meals, the dining room was nice and the food was very good. I recommend it.”

“The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route.”
