The hotel overall was good. Me and my wife was here for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was lovely. We had to check out early as my wife had work to do and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd say could be improved here is that they can have AC put in at the hotel because it does get hot inside during hot weather

The hotel was in a good location near the harbour with good parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with lack of water pressure in the shower by changing over the shower head, although this only marginally solved the problem. Good service was provided for breakfast. We had a lovely three night stay over looking the sea!

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Hotel was in a great location, right on the beach! The amenities weren’t as advertised. The snooker table couldn’t be used as the cues were broken as were the pockets. Also didn’t see any sign of any board games unless I was looking in the wrong place, but they weren’t obvious! The room although clean and tidy was very small. You couldn’t easily bend down in the shower cubicle. Also I couldn’t get the soap dispensers to work. The sink in the bathroom was also too small and the shelf was in the way!! You couldn’t put water in your face without water going on the floor!

The room itself was clean and tidy Staff were very friendly Breakfast needs looking at running out of eggs sausages with a full hotel is not good enough. Took ages to be served waiting in a queue. Saturday evening lift broke still broken Sunday morning lots of older people struggling to get upstairs not nice to see .Apart from this we had a nice weekend .

Room was clean and staff excellent. We were upgraded to a sea-view as we were staying a week and the views were amazing. Only gripe I had was that the shower was great but too near the toilet so you had to back in as there wasn't enough room to turn - I'm big and the space to walk up the side of the shower to the toilet was about three centimetres smaller than my shoulder width.
