“Staff & breakfast excellent. Room was very clean but it was very hot and the drains smelt at times. This severely impacted my sleep. My rating is purely based on that, suspect if i went when it was cooler it would be different. One easy thing to help would be for the windows to be opened fully.”

“The hotel has beautiful interiors and fabulous views. We had a room with a balcony and seaview which was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. The breakfast was very good with excellent variety and the best vegetarian selection I've come across. Served in a restaurant overlooking the sea, we felt like we were on a cruise ship. Sadly the afternoon evening service in the bar area was very poor; we waited over an hour for food. The outdoor pool is no longer used so needs to be replaced or...

“It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place. I think it’s really nice for a breakaway owners were really helpful nice breakfast all you could ask for🙂 a big smile”

“Didn’t like the initial room in the courtyard has it smelled of damp and mould. Stephen the host did move us into another room so no hassles. Stephen was so lovely and helpful in any query or concern we had. Overall all the staff at this property were lovely and friendly.”
