A comfortable and well located hotel. But the breakfast was poor - poorly stocked and replenished and not what I’d expect for a 4 star hotel. If you book via Expedia then they might not have the room under your name - say Expedia at check in.

The hotel is right on the sea front with lovely terraces with tables and chairs. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy with air conditioning and all the amenities that you will need. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again cannot fault this hotel .

Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking for such a large hotel we had to park miles down the road in a side road.

The room was not cleaned to high standard, the corners and edges in the shower room were dusty and stained. It’s a shame as the place is new and will depreciate quickly if not kept up to good standards. The room is really nice and a very comfortable bed, we slept so well. My partner loved the telly! Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Cannot fault them. Breakfast was disappointing, a lot of food but blunt and not inspiring! Car park is more expensive as compared to little hotels nearby costing only £5 a day.

Once we got to the hotel (road closed so couldn't use the hotel carpark so a bit of a nightmare!) we found the staff very helpful, our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The only negative were the pillows, it would have been nice to have a choice of different 'plumpness'! We found them a bit too hard so didn't have the best sleep
