“Bait and switch. The pictures look good but the place was a dump and the whole building smelled like garbage. The building was like a college dorm - beat up with a non functioning elevator. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare as their check in process was awful and when I had a problem, it just got worse. When I got to the property, I realized I had a big problem on my hands and checked into a hotel nearby. Stay far away from this place and Company as even though they agreed...
