Make sure you have completed all check-in emails, etc. before arriving. You'll want the step-by-step check-in instructions (lock box location, code) and step-by-step directions to the property. We arrived before I had done all that (my fault!). The problem was, once I got ahold of someone, they couldn't send a viable link to either my email or via text. It got frustrating but eventually it all worked out. Moral of the story: have all check-in hoops jumped through before you arrive (boarding pass, lock box info, directions). Otherwise, the apartment was great: good location, very clean.

Great location - super close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse where we went to see a Fever Game. Clean & spacious apartment. Lots of amenities that we didn't have time to use, but would have been great. A couple good restaurants right down the street and coffee shops within walking distance.

The management team was great to work with. Very quick communication. Most importantly they went the extra mile after we checked out. My son accidentally left 2 toys in the room and when he realized it had been hours after we checked out (still before the next check in) and I reached out and they were able to find them and I was able to meet up at the lock boxes and receive them back.
