Great customer support and easy check in. Room is very clean. The only issue was the noise outside. You can definitely hear the traffic and since it’s next to commercial establishments, you could still hear people partying or playing their car music at 1 in the morning

This was a wonderful place to stay. The instructions to get in are the clearest I’ve seen. There were sheets and blanket for the pull-out couch in the closet. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. There were straightforward instructions on checking out. The only thing is the second night there were folks riding up and down mass avenue blasting music. Not the fault of the accommodation at all and they provided ear plugs.

The host was quick to respond when we asked for things or had questions. The pull-out couch was not comfortable but they provided an air mattress as a replacement. Check-in and check-out was easy and it was very affordable with great restaurants within walking distance.

The place was clean and well-kept. Basic essentials were provided which is so thoughtful: paper towels, dishwashing soap, toiletries, towels, utensils, cookware, coffee, extra sheets for pull out bed. The only thing that was bothersome was the bathroom exhaust fan that was so loud and it turns on when you turn the bathroom light on. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location for dining and nightlife activities. The rooms are clean. The faucet in the tub was old and nearly coming out of the wall. Otherwise, the bathroom was okay. The check-in process was horrible. We did not receive our check-in information and link within 48 hours of our arrival. When we called the property, they stated the link would be sent on our arrival day. We mentioned that we might need to cancel to avoid the risk of driving for 2 days with hopes of having a place to stay. It was during that call that the information/link was emailed to our attention. You must have the access code to enter the apartment building; no staff work at the complex.

This property was a 8 to 10 minute uber ride to the convention center. We had plenty of restaurants around us and a grocery store a few blocks from us called Needlers. Check in was smooth and the hosts are very accommodating. I read that nights can be a bit noisy which was true but the host did provide ear plugs to try and help with that. I would like to have had a few more places to hang towels since we had to use them more than once. Water was hot, air conditioning was cold and the apartment had all the necessities of home. I will say if you need assistance walking upstairs this building does not have an elevator and our unit was on the second floor. We were fine but some people may have an issue with that. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Indiana.

Cute apartment very close to lots of dining options in a walkable neighborhood. Decent amount of street noise an very little counter space for the morning products and appliance routine, but otherwise a great place to stay for the price

The maintenance guys came into the apartment close to midnight implying that we had caused a leak in the restaurant below because my son had taken a bath. Turned out when they came back the next day, the seal on the overflow was broken. The stay was good, however this incident was a little disturbing.

This was a great place to stay! The location was perfect for me. There is a market about a block down if you forgot something, like I did. I did read reviews before I booked, and it did say it could get noisy at night, and that is true. It didn't bother me, but keep that in mind if you do book this stay. I stayed in at night, but the location seemed to be the place to be at if you wanted a little night life action. The place was very clean. 10 out of 10.

Great location for convenience of dining options and to downtown, but night time bar scene and traffic made it very hard to sleep. No curtains also made it hard to sleep with streetlights coming through and nothing to muffle the noise from outside. Room needs deep cleaned.
