“This is a new hotel, with modern facilities (elevators!). We chose it for its water view, which was lovely. We were traveling without a car, and the only complaint is that it's about a mile walk into town, not onerous but a little tiring after a long day.”

“A very pleasant stay, the place is very quiet, accessible and with a huge parking lot. The staff was very helpful. We loved the restaurant with a great variety of dishes, which we enjoyed as much as we could in our short stay. The room, cozy and comfortable.”

“There is a lot that is exceptionally good about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful , the food and drinks of high standard and the spa area very good. The only slight downsides were poor WiFi although this seems to affect the whole village when we visited. We’d love to come back.”

“Room was ok arms of chairs worn away, bed was hard but fairly comfortable the furniture what the TV was sitting on was broken inside apart from that was acceptable as I stayed one night that was enough evening meal was good and breakfast was excellent surprisingly lots of choice so in all QA bit rough around the edges but ok”

“Great welcome, lovely room with luxury extras like chocolate and toiletries. Hosts were so helpful, I struggled with the heat so they ensured our room was kept cool and gave me a beach brolly to use. The location was good, not too near centre but an easy 20 minute walk to the seafront and shops. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were fab, will definitely be returning.”

“No onsite parking as you have to park in the 4 level parade behind the Premier inn . The lift doesn’t work to get to street level . I have mobility issues and the 8 flights of stairs ? Had to walk down the ramp with suitcase in tow hoping you don’t slip or get stuck by a car . Asked the girl at reception, she’s like , well some times it works and sometimes it doesn’t! Big help . Complained the following day-and still not working asked the guy at reception to call the city council and complain....
